This year for summer camp, Troop 7 traveled overnight by Amtrak train to Raleigh, NC to spend the week at Camp Raven knob in Mount Airy, NC. We had a great week, although a very warm week thanks to the heatwave, but the waterfront area was oh so nice to cool off. We worked on our skills, bonded as a Troop and learned new things, including pioneering, metalworking, archery, and kayaking.
Help Troop 7 get to summer camp! For only $16, you can receive 50% your online regular price Papa John’s order for the rest of 2024 (use up to 18 times this year). The girls receive a portion of your purchase to put towards camp. Scan the QR code or click here

The girls went white-water rafting, and worked on numerous merit badges, including Rifle, Archery, Photography, Art, and Wilderness Survival. We have several activities over the summer as well as an upcoming calendar for the 2023-2024 school year. Please reach out if your girl youth aged 11-17 is interested in making lasting friendships while experiencing the leadership and outdoor program of Scouts BSA.
